Situations sometimes happen which we may have no control over, such as job loss, illness, and death. It is easy to look for an immediate solution or completely give in to our doubts about our ability to make positive change in our lives. Solutions without mindful thinking can at times encourage us to feel there is no hope, keeping us stuck in old behavior patterns and routines.
